Question 1

What is the NextAward AI janitorial pilot for?

Accepted Answer

The pilot is for small U.S. commercial cleaning and janitorial businesses. You can create an account and save the services you offer, where you provide coverage, your qualifications, and your contract preferences as a reusable business profile. A profile helps organize your information for possible future research or product capabilities; it does not promise a contract award.

Question 2

What can I do in the pilot today?

Accepted Answer

Today, you can sign up for the pilot and set up your business profile. Save your services, U.S. coverage, qualifications, and contract preferences in your account. Pilot signup creates an account; it does not start a paid plan.

Question 3

What is a current or confirmed solicitation?

Accepted Answer

A current solicitation is an official notice from an issuing agency. Check its status, requirements, instructions, and deadline with that agency before treating it as an opportunity for your business. NextAward AI does not confirm a solicitation or replace the issuing agency’s notice.

Question 4

What do historical award signals mean?

Accepted Answer

Historical award records describe past government spending or awards. They can be useful research context, but they do not confirm that a future solicitation will be issued, that an award will occur, or that your business will be selected. Review the underlying record and current agency information before drawing conclusions.

Question 5

Does NextAward AI connect to live SAM.gov or USAspending.gov data?

Accepted Answer

No. Live SAM.gov opportunity feeds and live USAspending.gov award-history connections are not active in this pilot. Use the official government websites directly for current notices and past-record research.

Question 6

Will the pilot match me to contracts or send email alerts?

Accepted Answer

Not today. Personalized opportunity matching and email alerts are planned or not active, and the pilot does not promise that either capability is available. Your saved profile is the current product surface; it is not a live matching or alert system.

Question 7

Are paid plans available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Starter, Growth, and Professional are monthly subscription plans. Creating an account and setting up a business profile do not charge you; a subscription starts only after you choose a plan and complete Stripe-hosted checkout.
